Former Buffy The Vampire Slayer star Sarah Michelle Gellar is set to star in and executive produce a new HBO series. Gellar, 31, also recently wrapped two films. The Wonderful Maladys begins filming to the beginning of next year. The exhibition, The Wonderful Maladys, is about three adult siblings dealing with the loss of their parents. The creator of the series, Charles Randolph, said Variety magazine who created the role with Gellar in mind, saying his character is a kind of zealous immaturity - as a drug addict with a to-do list.
